Music is more than just a passion for me—it’s my identity. It helps me reconnect with myself during challenging times and brings me closer to the people around me. That’s why I chose to pursue music therapy as my career. Music has the unique ability to engage every part of us—our minds, bodies, emotions, and relationships. It’s a powerful, holistic tool for healing and growth.
Growing up in Hong Kong, I’ve always felt a deep responsibility to share the wisdom and beauty of ancient Eastern philosophy. Through music and calligraphy, I’ve found meaningful ways to explore the inner self and return to what feels most authentic. This vision is what gave birth to “MUSSTRO”—a space where tradition, creativity, and self-discovery come together.

It’s never too late to start learning an instrument! As an experienced music instructor, I teach students ranging in age from 5 to 60. I create customized music lessons tailored to each student’s learning progress, ensuring a personalized and effective approach to their musical journey.
